Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CoachOS ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the service

CoachOS provides AI-generated fitness plans and coaching. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

2. AI-generated content

Workout plans, coaching advice, and other content are generated by AI models and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical or professional fitness advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise programme, particularly if you have an existing medical condition or injury.

3. Free trial, subscriptions and payments

CoachOS Pro is a paid subscription billed through LemonSqueezy. New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. You provide a payment method when the trial starts, but you are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is automatically charged the plan price you selected (currently ₪29/month or ₪200/year) and your subscription begins.

After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the same price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time — including during the trial — from your account settings or the billing portal. Cancelling during the trial stops it before any charge is made. Cancelling a paid subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then and are not refunded for the unused portion unless required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the service.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the service without our written consent.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software comprising CoachOS are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary material.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated plans will meet your specific fitness goals.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any injury sustained while following an AI-generated workout plan.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
