Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and account

CoachOS is for adults aged 18 and over. Provide reasonably accurate information and protect your Google account and device. Do not share account access or use another person’s account.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. What the service provides

CoachOS provides fitness plans, adaptations, guided workouts, progress tracking, and Coach chat using artificial-intelligence models and deterministic product rules.

Availability, content, and features may change. We work to preserve training data and continuity, but do not promise uninterrupted service or fitness for every purpose.

3. Safety, health, and AI output

• Content is for general fitness and information only. It is not diagnosis, treatment, or personal medical, physiotherapy, or professional advice.
• Consult a qualified professional before new activity, especially for pain, injury, pregnancy, illness, or a medical condition.
• Stop immediately for sharp or worsening pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, or another concerning symptom.
• AI output may be inaccurate. Confirm that each movement, load, and environment is suitable and use your own judgment.

4. Trial, subscription, and payment

CoachOS Pro is billed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. If a free trial is shown at checkout and you are eligible, the first subscription includes a 7-day trial. A returning subscriber or an account with prior billing linkage may be charged immediately. The binding price, currency, charge date, and trial terms appear before you approve checkout.

Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. Manage or cancel it from the account area or Lemon Squeezy portal. Cancelling an eligible trial before its charge date prevents the charge; cancelling a paid subscription stops future renewals and generally keeps access through the paid period.

Refunds are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy and any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully, to harm someone, or to bypass safety, authentication, billing, or rate controls.
• Do not seek unauthorized access, scan for vulnerabilities, interfere with the service, or upload malicious code.
• Do not resell, share a subscription, systematically scrape, or copy a substantial part of the service without permission.
• Do not upload media you lack the right to use or media of another person without appropriate permission.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of information, messages, and media you provide. You grant us a limited permission to process it only to operate, secure, and improve the service and provide support.

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

CoachOS software, branding, design, media, and materials are owned by or licensed to us. These Terms do not transfer rights in trademarks, code, or proprietary content, except for a personal, limited right to use the service under these Terms.

8. Suspension and termination

We may limit or end access when needed to protect users or systems, for prohibited use, non-payment, or a legal requirement. Where reasonable, we will try to give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

You may stop using CoachOS at any time. Closing an account does not automatically cancel a provider billing obligation; cancel the subscription through the billing portal.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is and as available to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee a particular physical result, complete suitability, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachOS is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. The date above will change, and an appropriate notice will be provided for material changes.
