Refund Policy

CoachOS Pro is a subscription billed through LemonSqueezy, our merchant of record. This policy explains when refunds are available.

1. Free trial

New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. You provide a payment method to start the trial, but you are not charged during it. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all. If you do not cancel, your payment method is automatically charged the plan price you selected (currently ₪29/month or ₪200/year) when the trial ends, and your subscription begins. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or the billing portal.

2. Subscriptions and renewals

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.

3. Requesting a refund

If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or experienced a problem that prevented you from using the service, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through LemonSqueezy.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country. Where those laws grant you stronger rights, they take precedence over this policy.
